300 HOUR ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Service Description

Available to those who have completed a 200 level YTT. Expand upon your teaching foundation while elevating your experience as both teacher and student. This advanced training is rich in purpose, wisdom, and information drawing from concepts that shine light on the mental, physical and spiritual journey of yoga. Participants will focus on their personal journey while honing their skills to teach populations who are vulnerable to the effects of stress and trauma. Participants will serve their community through our Seva Project in partnership with Tula Yoga Project and gain experience in working adaptively with populations with diverse needs. Tula's 300 hr. teacher training is interactive, inspiring, and rooted in the true purpose of yoga - healing from the inside out. See School of Integrative Yoga page for full curriculum info. 2022-2023 SCHEDULE: SEP: 18 Live Virtual OCT: 2 & 16 Live Virtual         29 & 30 In-Person with Live Virtual option NOV: 13 & 20 Live Virtual DEC: 4 & 8 Live Virtual JAN: 8 Live Virtual         21 & 22 In-person with Live Virtual option FEB: 5 & 19 Live Virtual MAR: 4 & 5 In-person Graduation Weekend! Additional retreat day TBD as a group. THIS IS A HYBRID PROGRAM INCLUDING VIRTUAL, IN-PERSON, AND INDEPENDENT LEARNING. IN-PERSON DAYS ARE LOCATED IN FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA AND MAY BE OPTED OUT OF FOR HEALTH OR LOCATION REASONS. ALL SESSIONS WILL BE RECORDED AND ACCESSIBLE FOR PLAYBACK THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE TRAINING ALLOWING FOR SELF-PACED FLEXIBILITY. EACH WEEK WILL INCLUDE 6-8 HOURS OF INDEPENDENT LEARNING INCLUDING READING, JOURNALING ASSIGNMENTS, MEDITATION, SEQUENCE PLANNING AND PRACTICE TEACHING. Upon placing your $400 deposit you will be contacted to set up payment for the remainder of the tuition which can be paid in full or on a payment plan.
