Take a deep dive into the sacred depths of yoga philosophy - from ancient teachings to contemporary concepts - participants will explore the inner and outer experience of the practice we call, Yoga. Upon completion, graduates will be certified yoga teachers with the knowledge and skill to guide yoga that is trauma-sensitive, socially informed, science-based and heart-centered.
